A pair of delightful volumes of poetry by Brad Leithauser, illustrated with pencil drawings by his brother, Mark. The short texts gave us a lot of latitude in the typographic program, which we set in a fairly large size of Centaur – for once really using Bruce Roger’s type at an appropriate scale. The silvery drawings were especially difficult to print: we settled on duotones with a dominant gray ink and black as a subsidiary ink.
